Return Policy

To request a return or refund please email us at contactus@aquapac.ca with the product you would like to return, your reason for return, as well as your order number.

Unless you received the wrong product due to a packing error on our end, return shipping fees are your responsibility. When the product arrives at our warehouse in saleable condition we will issue a full refund.
